Once received, your data is stored in a managed database with role-based access; only campaign staff with a legitimate operational need can read it, and IP addresses are hashed before storage.

Security is a partnership. We strongly recommend keeping your device’s operating system and browser up to date, using a strong unique password for any account you create with us, and avoiding sensitive submissions from a public or unfamiliar Wi-Fi network.

6. Security incident response

If we become aware of a security incident affecting personal information submitted to this site, we will investigate, take reasonable steps to contain the incident, and notify affected individuals in the manner and within the timeframes required by Florida law.
